ABOUT ANNE
I attended the University of Kentucky where I received a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. After teaching for three years, I went on to study at the nationally acclaimed University of North Texas, where I received my Master of Science in Counseling with a specialization in Play Therapy and Family (filial) Therapy. I have been in the field for over a decade and have extensive training in the areas of child and adolescent therapy, conduct/behavior disorders, expressive arts and sand tray therapy, family/filial therapy, attachment issues, parenting, anxiety and personal trauma.
I am a wife, a mom, a sister, a daughter and a friend in addition to my role as a therapist. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and consider myself to have an active, busy, social and enjoyable life outside of work.
